The 3-Hr Fire Rated ANSI UL Mortise Lock offers top-tier security with UL listing and ANSI Grade 1 certification. Guaranteed for 1,000,000 life cycles, it features a 2-3/4” backset and 91mm C-C distance. The lock case is 108 × 150 × 22mm, accommodating a stainless steel or brass deadbolt and latchbolt with an anti-friction tongue. The guardbolt is powder metallurgy, and the stop is chrome-plated. It includes a stainless steel faceplate, non-handed strike, and plastic anti-dust box. Field-reversible handing allows versatile installation, suitable for Passage, Entry, Storeroom, and more. Ideal for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings with a sleek US32D finish.
